feeling pretty tired now as i type...
again, it has been another real hectic day of work...finance work all day...and as a matter of fact, i've been doing finance work most of the time for the last month or even more...
which is good, cos i get to learn alot...especially of an area in business which i had never had much interest in but upon taking the entrepreneurship route, realize how important and indispensable finance knowledge is!
i worked on this spreadsheet for more than half the day, and it felt so so so so good when i finally managed to balance the sheets!
managed to dig out the stray numbers, the unnecessary ones and so on....and when u see the numbers finally tally...the sense of achievement was reali there...
yah, but it took so much of my energy todae...

coming home, i had a quick dinner and then i started rushing the research for the business plan oredi....i'm reali kinda stuck in the market size research....
it's reali tough....not knowing how exactly to execute the research strategy, wat assumptions are safe to make, and last but now least, to collate all the stray data floating around everywhere on the internet....to make sense of it all, and to convince myself and more importantly, others and the judges that it is accurate....
and this is only secondary research....i doubt we can get much primary research data, if any at all...
well, somehow, i've got to do it by hook or by crook....
i'm taking a break from it tonite oredi...can't tink anymore...neither do i wan to work on anythg anymore for tonite....so so sleepy...
my poor brain needs to rest...and schoolwork hasn't even started yet!

Nonetheless, I must say that I'm glad i'm pretty involved in work in the office...it really allows me to be exposed to and see and learn so so much about the money remittance industry, about my company's unique business model, about entrepreneurship, about the many different types of banking processes, about sales strategies, marketing tactics....etc etc....
Like what I had mentioned, I foresee a really jam-packed and ultra intensive second half of the NOC journey ahead....but it is going to be a good challenge...and yupz, will power up if i manage to do it well.... =)

Got back the result for the engin mod i took last sem....hahaz....got A-....i tink i shld be happy with dat result liao lah...considering dat i onli studied for both exams the nite before and for having missing a couple of quizzes throughout the semester...
quite lucky actually, the first exam helped me pull up...and the final exam, i got slightly above average onli...hehez, actually my overall marks very close to A, if the quizzes had been done properly, wld hav gotten at least A liao...
but well, never mind at all....cos i onli needed to pass....
and it wasn't my focus for last sem....there were other more impt commitments....

time to set some quick and direct goals for tis sem....hmm...lemme see...

1. i hope to be able to do well in the business plan competition, although with the deadline looming ahead, and with so much undone, i'm not exactly reali dat confident....nevertheless, i'll try my best!
   
2. i wanna contribute even more to my company before i leave in june.... =)
3. with regards to academic work, i wanna get an A+ for the graded individual full business case development....and for the others which are s/u, which includes a Wharton module, i wanna do well too, A+s and As if possible....but they are lower priority than the above few pts....

hmm, there are more...but for now, tis are the most direct and are wat i can tink of without having to use too much brainpower....hahaz...

and to my loved ones and dear frens....
pls bear with me k....i know i'm supposed to hav sent out any gifts or postcards to u sometime ago but i haven't yet....i have so many postcards from so many places dat i'm like a collector now!
but rest assured i'll send them out once tis crazy period subsides a little...
hmm, actually, i tink frm nxt wk onwards, when the lessons start proper, it'll be even busier....but at least, once the deadline for the phase 1 of the business plan competition is over, i will be able to catch a breather....
so yupz, everything will certainly be mailed out latest by then!

and also, i know i haven't replied some emails yet, and haven't been in contact with many of u recently....reali sorry abt dat too...
hope u all understand....
i'll try my best to manage my time better.... =)

right, i shld be going to bed soon...
still got alot of work to do tmr...i'm working slightly more than half a dae tmr onli...cos i gotta run to school after that...got lesson from 3-6....
and 2 meetings at nite tmr...so it's going to be a reali long dae again....
