more abt tis later...lemme talk abit about the trip last weekend....
************************************************************************************

again, i can't do much into details as it'd take many pages to finish describing...
we first visited Ben & Jerry's Factory in Vermont...it's the place where B&J originated from....from my house in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, it was a 7hrs 30mins drive up to there...in Vermont, which is abt 2 states away frm where i am....

we had ice-cream there, took the factory tour and visited the Ben & Jerry's graveyard! hahaz, i had 2 scoops onli cos the cone was oredi super gigantic! Turtle soup and American Pie were the flavours i took...anyone tried before?
i haven't heard of those flavours before but they r damn nice..hahz...
the Ben & Jerry's graveyard houses the various B&J ice cream flavours which were launched into the market but failed to take off, thus being scrapped and relegated to the graveyard...hahaz...

Next, we went to Moss Glen Falls, where we trekked up the trail and saw the beautiful streams and the waterfall right from the top....it wasn't a very long trail but it was pretty beautiful...
will post pics when i collect them frm everyone...

the best place of Sat and where we spend the most time at was at Mt. Mansfield in Smuggler's Notch...there, we climbed up to the summit, the highest point in Vermont!
it wasn't an easy climb..the difficulty level was Expert, but i guess our army training made it so much easier for us 5 guys....
oftentimes, we had to use our hands to balance ourselves and climb up to the nxt rock, and it was pretty steep...it took us quite awhile to reach the summit...but it was breathtaking, the view...
standing atop the highest summit of Vermont....it certainly felt that we were on top of the world!

that first nite, we drove down to New Hampshire....after some challenges, finally found a Mac to hav dinner and somewhere near to park our car where we eventually slept there...
the sleep was REALI an experience....sometime in the middle of the nite, the temp fell below 0 deg celsius and stayed that way all nite!
we were bloody cold even though we were wrapped in our down jackets...and boots....
all 5 of us tossed and turned the whole nite, it was torturous, and at 5+ am, we finally could tolerate no more...and woke up, started the engine and heater, and drove to Mac for breakfast....we were all shivering like mad by then...and there WAS a sheet of ice on the ceiling of our car!!!
it was dat cold!!!!

hahaz, okie okie...i tink i wun talk abt sunday's trip oredi...
it's far too long...
i'll post some pics later....
got too much to do todae....

thks to all my dear frens in singapore again!
reali reali appreciate it...
