Wednesday...


Dinner with my roomie tonite...stir-fried vegetables by him and the toufu with minced pork by me...hahaz...
it was quite delicious except that the vege turned out abit salty and my dish abit too oily...
my egg with melted cheese omelette was reali good though...but dat's super easy to make, so no credit for dat..hahaz...

k XM, i'll elaborate a little on what I learnt at the Reading People workshop last nite...
we were taught the visual, vocal and verbal cues that will affect other ppl's impressions of ours...and especially the first, which is by no coincidence, the most lasting as well...
because it was an interactive workshop, alot was by role play and by doing this questionnaire which helped us identify wat kind of person we are more of...4 roles...Perfectionist, Accomodator, Driver, Influencer...
maybe when i am free, i'll draw up the questionnaire and whoever is interested, I can help u see which kind of a person u are....
nxt, we learnt to read ppl thru their 3Vs, and determine wat kind of personality they hav in that particular situation...and wat adaptation strategies we can use to handle them...
the most impt thing i picked up in the workshop is dat we gotta be versatile, flexible and highly adaptable in all situations, esp in business, so that we can deal with the other person in a most strategic of manner....

that said, it does not mean being manipulative...k? Without even saying it, we should all noe dat we can't and ought not to be doing anythg against our own consciences...
