Monday...

Barely having recovered from the amazement from the acquaintance of Xiaomei, a stranger to me juz abt 1.5mths ago....and becoming better frens now......i'm now being amazed again, by the revelation of another stranger reading my blog.....it sometimes makes me wonder who else is reading my blog....i guess privacy certainly isn't a luxury for an online blog yah.....but yah, i'll wait till another dae to disclose the reasons why i chose to start my blog despite earlier criticisms on its many sensitive issues....

Hi Ms/Mr TCC Anonymous, I'm real surprised dat well, u hav seen my complaint abt ur employer....well, which branch do u work at aniwaiz? thks for agreeing with me abt my complaint....i guess my complaint was a fair and justified one....
Aniwaiz, since i'm on this topic oredi, well, a few mths back, there was the public outcry about Singapore's service industry which mainly hinged on its inadequacy in satisfying customers....
Although customer sovereignty tells us that the 'Customer is alwaiz right', i certainly am not one who makes a sweeping statement lydat....In all cases, there are alwaiz exceptions and i would agree to the customer sovereignty theory to an extent no further than the limits of reason and fairness will bring....
However, having said dat, i expect dat mine, as well as anyone else's need to pay the service charge be well-justified when I myself hav been polite and respectful to the service provider.....
In the case of last Saturday, as alwaiz, i had been polite and even in my criticism in the feedback form, i had carefully chosen the range of vocabulary and adjectives to use....

I reali am not expecting TCC's manager or customer relations manager to get back to me regarding that issue as I am not sure whether the waitress who took the feedback form from me had even proceeded to keep the form...well, certainly, if i get a reply, dat will probably prove the sincerity of TCC to respect and listen to its customers' opinions.....well, let's see.....

I kinda started the real preparations todae....i made a trip down to the Yishun community library and headed for the business section right away.....i was fascinated by the many topics of business books....many familiar titles related to Management and Organisation, related to HRM, etc were on the shelves....i was spoilt for choice....
But i knew wat i wanted to pick up first.....i got a book on Entrepreneurship and another specifically on Entrepreneurial Marketing.....i wanna familiarise myself with the theories associated with entrepreneurial marketing in particular first before moving on to more practical skills.....
Todae's efforts marks a tiny but important start to my preparations....and I have to keep my engine moving throughout to drive my thirst for knowledge and self-improvement in order to be 'up to standard'...

After dat, i went to BK to read my books for awhile before going for a swim.....well, a swim is alwaiz invigorating and i alwaiz feel great after a swim....i covered 30laps todae....and as i stepped out of the swimming pool's shower, i felt instantly rejuvenated and more alert.....good exercise....and the onli one i can do more intensively now dat my foot is still recovering frm the sprain....

ohh okie....final thing i wanna mention todae....
i was so excited to find a Zhang Shao Han's website juz now! it had some of her MVs and advertisements! wat's even better is dat i juz found this online-mag of her....she's reali captivating, to me at least...hahaz....first person i thot of after finding the 'treasure' was Xiaomei....cos i noe she'd be reali excited too...hahaz, okie....dat's someone who appreciates ZSH too.....i hav to share it with her later for sure....if she's online....

yah....and i oso realised why i like Angela so much....yes, i am a fan of her powerful and unique vocals, but i oso tink she's reali cute....hahaz....(ohh no, i feel like a 15yr old boy idolising a singer), yah....and if u look carefully enuff, she alwaiz has tis kinda mischievous look.....and her voice....alwaiz has tis tinge of mischief in it....hahaz...somehow, i tink she'll be a reali fun fren to hang out with..... =p

okie....dat's all for todae....tmr i'm not sure if i'm joining Zhiwei, Elysia and Tingting.....hahaz, he hasn't confirmed with me yet....and oso they onli asked him to bring them to buy motor since he was the motor specialist in our StarTeam....they nv asked me....so....hmmm, i dono whether i shld go anot leh....although i'll love to, but i'm a little worried dat Tingting might not be happy....hahaz, cos she's like so afraid of me lah......
well, see how first lor.... =p
