Wednesday...

so, it was Valentine's Day todae for me...hahaz, a V-dae amidst a snow storm which has moved to Philadelphia for the last 2 daes...
well, nuttin much abt dat....i'm getting accustomed to the cold, so it's alright.... =p
ohh btw, it has been quite awhile since someone can make me worry abt her till it affects my own mood too...hmm, dat's definitely sth new in quite a long time oredi....

aniwaiz, lemme get to the main exciting point for todae and skip the rest....

I have made it to the top 25 for the Wharton Business Plan competition! woohoo!!! hahaz, I got the email from Wharton this afternoon and had been trying to contain my excitement all dae....my teammate has been trying to too....we r both so so so so happy and excited....
Out of probably in excess of hundreds of or even a thousand teams, we have overcome them all and get into the top 25, which is also the semi-finals....
i almost cldn't believe it cos if you have been following my blog, the business proposal was submitted juz a few wks ago at a time of turmoil over here.....
and both of us had not been able to really complete the business proposal as well as we wanted to....
hahaz, well, as u can probably tell, my level of excitement has dropped considerably from earlier todae....cos now i've settled down and more organized oredi....it's time to start looking at the big picture, organize my thots, have all those late night meetings, research and strategizing again.. =p

we have one month to develop and submit a full business plan which encompasses in great detail all the aspects of this business....the usual competitive landscape analysis, revenue model, IP positioning, risks, market size, strategies, operational plans, etc etc.....
it's a whole lot of work, but something which I'm eager to work on and learn at the same time!!!
we not onli want to get into the finals, which is the top 8 teams, but also to win this premier competition!!!

Lofty as our ambition may be, we have already exceeded our own expectations by reaching the top 25 phase....it's a personal achievement for me too, especially since we are the onli NOC team to make it this far.... =) hee.....
paiseh ah...juz let me bask in my own limelight a little bit lah..... =p

eh...hahaz...dono wat else to say....it's been a long dae again....was working on my other commitments before tis....and glad i was able to focus and complete wat i wanted to....
the next few mths to go before i return to Singapore are going to be extremely hectic....but it feels reali great....and motivating!!!

to my DreamTeam in Singapore....we shall re-embark on our mission when i return if there is a chance to!
