Wednesday...

today was a busy day at work, I was kept occupied from the beginning of the day till I left the office...
in the afternoon, the external CPA we hired to audit our finances asked me to help with some finance-intensive work....i wonder if he thot that I'm a finance major....cos it's by no means easy work!
i brought home the work....a thin stack of financial statements and tables...which well, to me....reali is very sianz...
well, nvm....new learning experience from this task...which seems to be pretty impt...

i'm feeling pretty sleepy now....cos last night, i slept at 2.30am....
well, i went to bed at that time but probably slept at onli 3am....like i said, the tea reali kept me awake....and telling ZW abt my entrepreneurship idea online was too much for me to take....
recently, alot of ppl have been asking me what my idea is....and the cycle of getting super excited when i start telling them about it has repeated itself over and over....

Today, I received the judges' feedback for phase 1 of the Wharton Business Plan competition.....was glad to read through them...and most of them were pretty positive...
the problem is that we might have some problem continuing with this plan of ours due to a clash of intellectual property rights....i have since tried to sort this problem out and next monday, I will be personally discussing and negotiating with the CEO of this startup company who had recently (i believe) obtained exclusive licensing rights to this technology....
it'll be an over-the-phone discussion.....so, wish me luck!

Well, of course, we have alternative plans too....but because we had done so much for this plan already and the results look good from what the judges hav fed back to us....we don't really want to drop this idea halfway....and with the support of a number of professors who are our mentors and friends as well...we all want this to go on....and so, i shall try my very utmost on Monday to secure it....

right....and argghhhhh....Most likely, I have to take the final exams.....kauz.....
someone proposed to that module's professor that it'll be fairer and so he has kinda decided to make some changes to the grading system....and the marks i got for the previous mid-term exam, instead of being 80%, has been reduced to 50%.....and the finals will be 30%.....
darnz....dat means i'll hav to study for it....but no choice lah....i'll juz take it as further revision lor....

hmm, originally wanted to talk more about entrepreneurship stuff and discuss some interesting ideas here....but i'm kinda sleepy....and i got 2 meetings tmr outside of work and lessons....
so i tink i shld sleep soon le....

oops...forgot to mention sth until i was telling XM abt my entrepreneurship idea juz now....the MIT professor replied me! woohoo....i've established contact....
Didn't tink he'd reply me when i sent out the email yesterday...being the team leader and lead researcher in this exciting technology, his team and himself have been recently immersed in the media light....
but the fact that he took the effort to reply (albeit a short one) really says alot about his humility....
i will keep this idea in view...
oops...she got me excited again....will i be able to sleep tonight?
