Friday...

i was watching cable tis morning....one of my usual drama serials...and one of the parts, they showed these ppl going back to their high school....they r all in their middle age and visiting the sch which they attended like maybe 20yrs ago?

i suddenly started tinkin abt my pri and sec sch.....
especially Anderson Sec.....
the stairways, the spiral staircase, the classrooms, my classrom, the corridoors, my corridoor....
the porch, the quadrangle, the garden, the soccer field, the netball court, the volleyball court, the canteen.....
the teachers' room, the principal's office, the carparks....

the places where we had NPCC training, the places where we played soccer, the places where we played tricks on some classmates whom we didn't like, the places where we defyed teachers, the places where we spent our time juz happily talking and making noise....

when we graduated from Anderson Sec in 1999, i was even made the vice-president of the Anderson Sec Alumni's Youth Wing.....
Junhui was the president and we were the pioneering leaders of the Youth Wing....
but now, i haven't even gone back to my beloved alma mater ever since i collected my O lvl results frm there...
reali miss those daes....

my air ticket has been issued todae....i'll be making payment and collecting it nxt wk....
everything's confirmed....
i'll be flying on the 7th of July, 6am in the morning.....
2 stopovers along the way....at Toyko and Detroit....it's a very very very long flight....

so yah, 2 weeks frm now....

i was kinda stressed out over the accomodation issue last nite....
but i tink i over-reacted a little....thgs will turn out well.....i juz shldn't alwaiz expect problems to be solved so efficiently and quickly ALL the time....
dat's so me, dat's too perfectionistic....sth which i ought to change a little....

Weiliang is back!
he called me juz now when he woke up from his slumber.....hahaz, he's suffering frm jet lag....it'll be my turn in 2wk's time....
we chatted on the fone for abt half an hr.....and cos of my diving trip tis weekend, i wun be able to meet him and my WiseUtd bros tis weekend oredi....
but we'll definitely be meeting nxt wk.....before Shengye and I fly to Shanghai and Philadelphia respectively...

My aunt called oso....she insisted on giving me a red packet before i fly....
a little paiseh....cos my grandma has given me one...and some elders whom i'm visiting nxt wk might give too....i feel paiseh when they give it to me....although i noe it's out of goodwill and a sign of good luck....
hmm, i'll hav to repay them in other ways in future.....

i'll be leaving for the diving trip tonite at midnight.....
drive all the way to Mersing i tink....den from there, at abt 4am, we'll take a boat to Pulau Dayang....
we'll be damn tired by morning....but there'll be 3 dives tmr....
so i guess i better take care of my health....

we've been told dat the food will be REALI good.....frm wat i heard, it sounds good too....let's see.....
we'll probably put on abit of weight with the buffets and bbq....hahaz...

still, safety is of utmost concern....3 of us will be extra careful and look out for each other while enjoying ourselves....
we got an underwater camera too...so hopefully we'll be able to take clear pictures underwater....

i'll arrange with u all when i'm back k....
