ohh no....i tink i hav put on some extra fat over the last 2 wkends of festive celebrations....juz couldn't control the temptations offered by the barbequed food, the ruffles, the pringles, the nachos, the buffet lunch yest....and more and more.....
Started my emergency fitness regaining regime yest......
Mon - ran 5.5km
Tues - swam 1.5km
Wed - my 3rd kayaking expedition to east coast...
hahaz, thurs going to jb, another big feast for dinner i expect....and fri got 2 gatherings i expect, sat another farewell dinner for weiliang after the buffet lunch in the aftn (CSC VAT)....food food and more food!!!
tink i better try to maintain my fitness and shape even aft sch starts nxt wk....otherwise, consequences could be dire...
