Friday...
returned from Bintan tis aftn.....after a long wait at the customs, i finally reached home at 6pm....
look at the picturesque bintan coastline....beautiful isn't it? A pity it was pretty deserted for most of our time there....
Day 1
Met up at Bedok Mrt station and proceeded to do our shopping at NTUC.....bought lotz of food such as fish fingers, chicken fillets, chicken wings, crab meat etc etc....den had lunch at a coffeeshop before we took 2 cabs over to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal....which kinda brought back some memories of army....cos the ferry terminal resembled that of SFT in some ways....aniwaiz....it was during the shopping and lunch when we started chatting with Adrian, Changsheng's neighbour....and discovered wat a fun guy he is to hang out wif....
After reaching the resort, we were pretty impressed with the bungalow itself.....Fiona's uncle actually owns it (dat's y we cld stay for free), and it was supposed to cost $400+ a nite....pheW...after marinating the food (done by me) =) hee.....

Jiarong and I
Adrian and I
we went to play soccer...den bbq...and den started playing Twister, demanded by Fiona.....kauz...it was totally gross we guys were playing and rubbing, sweating and squeezing wif each other.....juz look at tis..

focus on Changsheng's orgasmic expression....my arms arnd him...and junhui somewhere underneath his hand....
there are many many more photos of the twister game....but it kinda looks gross now that i'm reviewing them.....some even looks obscene....with very very suggestive poses.....juz ask zhiwei, junhui or anyone else........on top of that, the loser of every round had to eat some wasabe + nutella + chilli + pepper + honey + kaya + bread/potato chip as forfeit.....aniwaiz.....we ate alot of that throughout the 3 daes....i personally had quite a few tries....it was well....tear and mucus inducing....hahahaz....tis guys simply love to play forfeit....regardless of whether it is daidee, twister or simply when clearing the food....
Day 2
we woke up to the glare of the bright morning sun......and had a simple breakfast and lunch before we headed out for our beach volleyball and water polo game.....while still indoors, we had some more fun playing forfeit games and taking some nonsensical fotos....
hahaz, the 3 musketeers trying to be funny again....
beach volleyball....junhui steered our team to a 10-3 win in the first set....bravo!
again, there r so many other funny fotos which we took....i'll hav a reali gd time luffing at them...hahaz....aniwaiz....afterwards, we went to Pasir Oleh Oleh....which is a tourist shopping village...but to our astonishment and disappointment, it was again totally deserted....junhui and I tried to buy watever souvenirs we could...while the rest sat arnd restlessly chatting....when we returned, i had a great time learning how to deep fry and pan fry some simply stuff wif Adrian....haa....thereafter, we went to the swimming pool which was quite dark.....and told ghost stories there.....well, it soon became a little too creepy and cold and so we proceeded back to the bungalow where we slept soon after....everyone was dogtired.....and I am now....esp after the late night shopping thgy at orchard juz now...
all in all, although we did not manage to play any sea sports, we still had a gd time relaxing ourselves and playing beach soccer, volleyball, water polo, had some drinks.....and basically juz ease our tension away.....hope we all can go another trip tog....to some other beach or country....
it's bed time now....i'm reali tired out.....
First overseas trip wif frens.....looking forward to more....

How to Make Your Dreams Come True
Of course not all dreams are pleasant and making them come true can be worse than being trapped inside a cosole horror game.
But some dreams are produced by our deeper minds and are our inner-most desires, often disguised in some strange way.
However, there is another kind of dream and that is the kind we are consciously aware of and we have them during the daylight hourse and are often just fleeting thoughts.
You know the kind. "I wish I was on a world cruise enjoying myself rather than being stuck here in the factory or behind a desk." Yes, that's also a dream because it has it is a desire that has sirfaced into our conscious minds and is something we wish for at an unconscious level.
Of course, making those kind of dreams come true is more than not virtually impossible. For example, to wish to win the lottery may never become reality in this lifetime.
However, some dreams can become reality as so many graduates of my Hypnotherapy Course have discovered.
I decided three years ago to give thousands of 'dreamers' the opportunity to fullfill their dreams and ebcome a therapist. So many people want to help other people overcome their illnesses and mental blockages to life that their only stumbling block was the cost of training. I know of hypnotherapy courses costing as much as £7,000 (more than $11,000) and training in other forms of Alternative Medicine costing as much. To become a Doctor (M.D.) can cost as much as the purchase of a house.
So, with my teeth firmly gritted together, and a determination I have no known for years, I set the goal to help at least a thousand people make their dreams come true by reducing the cost of Hypnotherapy Training so it was within the reach of almost anyone in the World.
I passed that goal having had more than 1,400 students enrol and over 800 graduate.
So in helping others make their dreams come true, I made my own dream come true and at the age of sixty-nine years of age, I am proud of that.
Why don't you take a look at what I mean at: htttp:/www.dreams2reality.co.uk
