Monday....

A rather good start to the week....though I was tired, had a whole pile of work waiting to be done, breadboard(circuit board) in a mess, YEP stuff to be planned and managed, etc....I still managed to start and end the day in a good mood....

Having spent 3hrs in the lab todae alone....cos it was not the designated lab slot....i had to go cos gotta test my circuit....it really made me feel like a lab rat....i reali don tink i wanna be an engineer who is cooped up in the lab all dae.....but if it is necessary in order to pick up the ropes...i might still hav to go thru it....

aniwaiz....like i've been discussing wif my Fund raising head, zhiwei, recently...the YEP's main comm has been rather disappointing....other than the both of us, the rest haven't seem to be pulling their fair share of weight.....in fact, there are some who in spite of their high posts, seem to be free riding to a certain extent....or resting on their laurels....
Again, the SAME FEW PPL failed to turn up for the meeting again....it was a CRITICAL meeting as some new issues have cropped up as to who can eventually go for the Dec trip. As there is a maximum number of 10, it oso means that some ppl cant go....

I guess the administration has oredi assumed that i'll be leading my team to go in Dec....however, i'm having second thots....for one, i'm reali disappointed with some of the ppl in the main comm....also, I'll be the one who has to pass the bad news....that is, I have to inform those who I eventually feel shld wait for the June trip the news....

On the other hand, I'm worried if I hand over the team to the other vice PD, who coincidentally, is one of the persons i'm MOST disappointed in....todae was the 2nd, or 3rd time he missed our fortnightly meetings....and he smsed me at the last min to say that he has proj discussion....CMON lor....everyone's busy....and when I told him todae's meeting was especially impt...he had the cheek to ask me..."What's there to discuss anyway?" !!!!! That reali made my blood boil.....IDIOT, SOCIAL LOAFER, IRRESPONSIBLE JERK!

okie...maybe i'm overreacting....but throughout this semester, i've alwaiz felt that many other ppl are more suitable and shld be e ones taking his position....sighz, I'm worried cos there are an equal number of committed, enthusiastic, dedicated team members of whom mostly are in the photo above....I'm worried that their plans and hopes might be jeopardised if I give up the slot to go in Dec and hand the reins over to yah....the other vice PD...

I guess I'll wait and see the response of the others first....Yay.....tmr MNO tutorial again....can gather with my teammates again....looking forward to a fun time...i hope....

Today was better than yesterday......Tomorrow will be even better than today!
